About Planned-ish™
Planned-ish™ is a podcast about parenting toddlers, marriage, and figuring out real life without pretending anyone has it all together. Hosted by Alexandra — a twin mom who loves a plan — and Joe — her husband who keeps things grounded (and occasionally questions the plan) — this show is built on honest conversations, shared chaos, and a lot of laughing at how unpredictable life actually is.
Each episode mixes real-time debriefs from our own week, unscripted conversations with guests who are parents, creatives, entrepreneurs, and humans in the thick of it, and fan-favorite segments like Elite-ish 8, where we draft rankings on everything from holiday movies to parenting lies we fully believed. Sometimes it’s light. Sometimes it gets real. It’s always honest.
This podcast isn’t about perfect routines, expert advice, or “doing it all.” It’s about momentum — making decisions, adjusting on the fly, and keeping things moving even when life is loud, messy, and rarely goes according to plan.
New episodes drop every Wednesday.

Alexandra & Joe
Alexandra is a former finance professional turned full-time twin mom who found her groove in hosting, planning, and keeping life somewhat on track. She’s the kind of person who thrives with a to-do list, but also knows when to ditch the plan and go with the chaos. She brings the structure (and the schedule), but never takes herself too seriously.
Joe is her husband, co-host, and full-time team player who balances work, parenting, and podcasting with fun sense of humor and a very real understanding of how wild this season of life is. He’s here for the honest convos, occasional debates, and keeping things grounded when life gets loud.
