Can I return or get a refund for a digital product?

Because all of our products (like party kits, guides, and templates) are digital and instantly accessible, we don’t offer returns or refunds. Once the product is delivered, it’s yours forever!

What about services—can those be refunded?

Custom services (like invite creation, templates, or event menu planning) are non-refundable as well. These are made just for you, and the time and creativity go in right away.

What if I made a mistake in my order or need a tweak?

If you notice an issue (like a typo or wrong info submitted), reach out within 24 hours of ordering. I’ll do my best to help where possible, especially for services.

Can I get revisions on my custom service?

Each service includes one round of minor edits. If you need additional changes, I’m happy to provide a custom quote based on the request.

What if I never received my download or file?

Oh no! First, check your spam or promotions folder. If it’s still missing, contact me and I’ll make sure it gets to you ASAP.

Can I share the digital product I bought with others?

I love that you want to spread the love—but all products are for personal use only. If your friends want in, send them over to the shop!
