Cheddar Sausage Muffins
Here’s What You’ll Need:
1 cup protein pancake mix (I use Kodiak)
1 cup whole milk or milk of choice
2 eggs
2 tbsp melted butter
1lb ground Jimmy Deans breakfast sausage cooked and grease drained
1 heaping cup shredded cheddar cheese + extra for the top
4 tbsp maple syrup
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350°F and grease muffin pan
Combine all ingredients besides maple syrup
Pour into 12 muffin cups in the pan
Drizzle maple syrup on top of each one and add a small topping of cheddar
Bake for 26-28 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean in the center
You can definitely add bacon or different sausage instead!
