Bagels

Here’s What You’ll Need:

  • 1 cup flour

  • 1 cup greek whole milk yogurt

  • 2 tsp baking powder

  • dash of salt

  • toppings of choice OR add ins (like blueberries)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees

  2. Mix together all ingredients

  3. Split dough into 8 equal pieces

  4. Roll dough into little logs then form into a bagel circle, place on sheet pan with parchment paper

  5. If dough is super sticky, add a dash more of flour

  6. Brush bagels with water (or you can also with an egg wash) and add on toppings

  7. Bake for 22 minutes or golden brown on top
