Bagels
Here’s What You’ll Need:
1 cup flour
1 cup greek whole milk yogurt
2 tsp baking powder
dash of salt
toppings of choice OR add ins (like blueberries)
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees
Mix together all ingredients
Split dough into 8 equal pieces
Roll dough into little logs then form into a bagel circle, place on sheet pan with parchment paper
If dough is super sticky, add a dash more of flour
Brush bagels with water (or you can also with an egg wash) and add on toppings
Bake for 22 minutes or golden brown on top
