Creamy Lemon Pasta

Here’s What You’ll Need:

  • 1 # pasta of your choice

  • 3 tbsp butter

  • 1 tbsp flour

  • 3 garlic cloves minced

  • ⅓ cup chicken broth or dry white wine

  • zest of 1 lemon + juice of 2 lemons

  • 1.5 cups heavy cream

  • ¾ cup grated parmesean

Instructions:

  1. Cook pasta according to package

  2. Melt butter over medium heat, sauté garlic 1 min. Stir in flour completely, add wine or broth, lemon juice + zest, simmer 5 min

  3. Stir cream and simmer until thickened, about 5 minutes. Add in parmesan, salt + pepper

  4. Toss pasta in sauce, top with fresh basil + extra parmesan. Option to serve with grilled chicken

I serve this with burrata and prosciutto for an excellent flavor combo
