Creamy Lemon Pasta
Here’s What You’ll Need:
1 # pasta of your choice
3 tbsp butter
1 tbsp flour
3 garlic cloves minced
⅓ cup chicken broth or dry white wine
zest of 1 lemon + juice of 2 lemons
1.5 cups heavy cream
¾ cup grated parmesean
Instructions:
Cook pasta according to package
Melt butter over medium heat, sauté garlic 1 min. Stir in flour completely, add wine or broth, lemon juice + zest, simmer 5 min
Stir cream and simmer until thickened, about 5 minutes. Add in parmesan, salt + pepper
Toss pasta in sauce, top with fresh basil + extra parmesan. Option to serve with grilled chicken
I serve this with burrata and prosciutto for an excellent flavor combo
