Italian Pasta Salad
Here’s What You’ll Need:
1 lb tri-color rotini, cooked & cooled
1 pound of thick sliced genoa salami, cut into small cubes
1 pound of thick sliced provolone, cut into small cubes
1 cup of cherry tomatoes, quartered
1/8 cup pepperoncinis, diced
1 red bell pepper, small diced
1 packet of italian seasoning prepared with olive oil & vinegar
optional: sliced black olives, diced red onion
Instructions:
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl
Toss with dressing
Cool for about 30 minutes or more for dressing to coat everything well!
