Italian Pasta Salad

Here’s What You’ll Need:

  • 1 lb tri-color rotini, cooked & cooled

  • 1 pound of thick sliced genoa salami, cut into small cubes

  • 1 pound of thick sliced provolone, cut into small cubes

  • 1 cup of cherry tomatoes, quartered

  • 1/8 cup pepperoncinis, diced

  • 1 red bell pepper, small diced

  • 1 packet of italian seasoning prepared with olive oil & vinegar

  • optional: sliced black olives, diced red onion

Instructions:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl

  2. Toss with dressing

  3. Cool for about 30 minutes or more for dressing to coat everything well!
