Pot Roast Soup
Here’s What You’ll Need:
16 oz bottle of catalina or homemade catalina
1-2 lbs boneless beef chuck roast or pot roast meat
2 large onions, sliced thin
2 lbs yukon gold potatoes, cut into 1 inch cubes
1 lb carrots, cut into slices
salt & pepper
Instructions:
Brown meat in a large pot with 1/4 cup of the dressing, add salt & pepper
Add onions and cook for 5-10 minutes until soft
Add potatoes, carrots, and the rest of the dressing
Add water leaving about 1/2 inch of ingredients uncovered
Bring to a boil, cover, then simmer low for 2 hours
Add additional salt & pepper to taste
