Easy No Hassle Bread

Here’s What You’ll Need:

  • 1 and a half cups water between 110 and 115 degrees

  • 1 and a half TBSP honey

  • 5 cups flour

  • 1 cup full fat greek yogurt

  • dash of salt

  • instant yeast packet

Instructions:

No joke, I start this at 9am and its ready before 5pm! Such minimal effort!

  1. Put all ingredients in a stand mixer with bread hook and combine

  2. Cover and let rise for about hour and a half

  3. Push the dough, cover back up and place in fridge for 4 more hours or overnight

  4. Line a dutch oven with parchment and place dough inside

  5. Cover and let rise for another hour

  6. Bake at 460 degrees for 20 minutes covered then 20 minute uncovered

  7. Take bread immediately out of dutch oven and rest for at least an hour
