Peanut Butter Mousse

Here’s What You’ll Need:

  • 1/2 cup of heavy cream (plus a good splash!)

  • 4 oz cream cheese

  • 4 tbsp powdered sugar (use swerve powdered sugar for low carb)

  • 2 tbsp natural creamy peanut butter

  • dash of vanilla

  • optional: top with dark chocolate chips

Instructions:

No joke, I start this at 9am and its ready before 5pm! Such minimal effort!

  1. Whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form

  2. Take out whip cream and set aside

  3. Whip cream cheese, powdered sugar, peanut butter, and vanilla until creamy

  4. Fold in whip cream and top with dark chocolate chips

  5. Also can store it in fridge to make it extra cold and yummy!
